2.2. Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD, depending on the user’s location or chosen currency at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal, or Stripe. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Access Delivery Upon successful payment, users will receive access credentials and instructions via email or in-dashboard notification, granting them immediate entry to the purchased services through their registered account.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• The product/service was not delivered as described.
• The user has experienced critical technical issues that support was unable to resolve.
• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

7. Compliance with Payment Processors

This website operates in accordance with the terms and conditions of global payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and others. By making a transaction, you agree to abide by the respective terms and policies of the chosen payment gateway.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from virtual transactions, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Should these negotiations fail, the parties agree to enter into mediation with a neutral third party mutually agreed upon by both parties. If mediation does not result in a resolution within a reasonable period, either party may then pursue legal action. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India, with both parties agreeing to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

WorkForceAI provides virtual products/services on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights. WorkForceAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the virtual products/services, even if WorkForceAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Users agree that their use of the services is at their sole risk.

10. Indemnification
